Entries after 21st July £180 per competitor
Entry fee includes sailing activities, lunchtime and evening meals and entertainment as set out in the programme, with the exception of Tuesday’s lunch when each child will need to be supplied with their own picnic.
Registration will start at 10am on Saturday 19th August in the RBYC Courtyard.
Details of briefings, Sailing Instructions and race schedules will be distributed at registration.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian signing the declaration to make known any disability/medical condition that may affect your child during the activity, and any medication that they may require. This information will be shared with those responsible for supervising the activity.
  • Please note if you are booking for the pond, numbers may be limited. Members of the RBYC will have priority on pond bookings until 4th June 2017.
  • Races will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2017-20, the rules of each class and the Sailing Instructions (available at registration). Any changes to the SIs will either be posted on the Official Notice Board at least 1 hour before racing begins, or by communication (which may be oral) to competitors before the Warning Signal.
  • The organisers will endeavour to help with finding crewing/helming positions for those without boats, if early notice is given, however, this cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted that the organisers do not have boats available for hire. If you need to hire a boat, please contact the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club or the Burnham Sailing Club who may be able to assist.
  • Parents and guardians are advised that they have sole responsibility for their children/wards during the week and must appreciate that the RBYC cannot be expected to exercise supervision or control

    I hereby certify that the boat entered on this form carries third party insurance cover, with a sum insured of at least £2,000,000, and a current measurement certificate (if appropriate) including buoyancy test, and complies with class rules.
    I acknowledge that the organising authority (RBYC) is only able to provide reasonable safety facilities during sailing. In the event of adverse weather conditions, parents or guardians alone must decide whether the child entrant can cope on the water and has adequate safety equipment. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my children/wards during the week and must appreciate that the RBYC cannot be expected to exercise supervision or control. The organising authority accepts no responsibility for any damage suffered by persons or property on or off the water. In an emergency situation I authorise the organisers to take my child to hospital and give my full permission for any treatment required to be carried out in accordance with the hospital’s diagnosis. I understand that I shall be notified, as soon as possible, of the hospital visit and any treatment given by the hospital. Consent for use of images: I grant to the organisers without payment the right in perpetuity to make, use and show any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television of or relating to the event. I agree to notify the organisation of any relevant changes in my child’s circumstances. I confirm that my child is not under a court order.
